REGULAR REPORTS
These will be issued three times during the year on the following dates:
| First Report | November 28, 2005

| Second Report | March 10, 2006
|
| Third Report | June 22, 2006
|
Page 3 of the report is to be returned to the school after each report card. The third term reports will be sent home with students on June 20, 2006 and Page 3 of the third term reports should be returned to school before the last day (June 22, 2006). Interim reports may be issued at other times in the year when a teacher wishes to report on a pupil’s progress in one or more areas. Interviews may be called by the teacher or parent at this time or any time.
INTERVIEWS:
These may be held along with the issuing of the first and second term reports. However, if a concern is identified at any period during the school year by either the parent or the teacher, an interview may be arranged at a mutually agreeable time.
